情報経営イノベーション専門職大学（東京都墨田区、学長 中村伊知哉、http://www.i-u.ac.jp、以下「iU」）の中村伊知哉学長は、国際公共経済学会（Japan CIRIEC http://ciriec.com/）の会長に就任しました。
デジタル分野への対応、若い世代の参画、国際対応の強化に注力し、本学会の世界ネットワークを活かしてiUの新しい活躍機会の強化を進めてまいります。
国際公共経済学会（Japan CIRIEC）について
国際公共経済学会は、「公共・協同経済研究情報国際センター」(CIRIEC：Centre Interdisciplinaire de Recherche et d’Information sur les Entreprises Collectives、International Centre of Research and Information on the Collective Economy)の日本支部として、1985年に設立されました。 CIRIECは、市場経済における公共的・協同的要素に関心をよせる学者・実務家による意見交換と研究交流を目的に、1947年にフランス人経済学者のEdgard MILHAUD氏によってスイス・ジュネーヴに設立されました。本部は1957年にベルギー・リエージュに移転し、現在では、日本を含め13ヶ国に支部があります。日本支部の会員は約300名です。
中村伊知哉学長よりメッセージ
2021年12月で設立36年を迎えた本学会の会長に就任しました。私の役目は、学会のDX推進、情報通信分野の強化、次世代への継承と考えています。公共経済・市場システムの変革の具体的な課題を掘り下げ、将来の政策形成につながるような研究活動・議論を積極的に展開し、iUが次のステップに踏み出す一助となる展開を仕掛けていきたいと考えています。

We are pleased to announce that President Ichiya Nakamura of iU (Sumida City, Tokyo. President: Ichiya Nakamura. Website: http://www.i-u.ac.jp) has been appointed President of CIRIEC-Japan (Website: http://ciriec.com/).
President Nakamura will be focusing on addressing the digital sector, engaging the younger generation, and strengthening international response, utilizing the global network of CIRIEC to strengthen new opportunities for iU.
About CIRIEC-Japan
CIRIEC-Japan was founded in 1985 as the Japanese branch of CIRIEC (Centre Interdisciplinaire de Recherche et d’Information sur les Entreprises Collectives、International Centre of Research and Information on the Collective Economy). CIRIEC was founded in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1947 by French economist Edgard MILHAUD to promote the exchange of ideas and research among scholars and practitioners interested in the public and collaborative elements of market economies. The headquarters was moved to Liège, Belgium, in 1957, and today there are branches in 13 countries, including Japan. The Japanese branch has around 300 members.
Message from President Ichiya Nakamura
I have been appointed President of CIRIEC-Japan, which just celebrated its 36th anniversary in December 2021. I believe that my role is to promote the digital transformation of the society, strengthen the information and communication field, and pass it on to the next generation. I would like to delve into the specific issues of transforming the public economy and market system, actively develop research activities and discussions that will help iU to take the next step.
