この提携により両社は、ラクロスが先頃打ち出した、ヘッジ・ファンド及びそれに代わる投資ビークルを対象の、特化型ファンド管理及びミドル・オフィス業務のパッケージ・サポート・サービスであるラクロスモーゲージ(LaCrosseMortgage+TM)とCSGのアジア地域で10年にわたり培われたローンサービシング及びワークアウト分野での実績を融合し、両社の既存、見込み双方の、ホールローンや企業再生債権に関する取引を行うヘッジ・ファンド顧客に目に見える確かな付加価値を生むサービスを提供していきます。
今回の提携について、ラクロス共同CEOのスチュワート・フェファー氏は次のように述べています。

LaCrosse Global Fund Services and Capital Services Group announced today the formation of a strategic alliance to support hedge fund clients seeking distressed debt opportunities throughout Asia.
The alliance combines LaCrosse’s recently launched LaCrosseMortgage+TM service suite, a set of specialized fund administration and middle-office services for hedge funds and other alternative investment vehicles, with Capital’s Pan-Asia loan servicing and workout offerings. The combination is a tangible value-add for existing and prospective hedge fund clients that trade in whole loans and distressed debt.
“Our partnership with Capital complements the current operational and administrative support platform that LaCrosse offers to its clients in support of operational best practices,” said Stuart Feffer, co-chief executive officer of LaCrosse.
