Kyoto moms start website aiming to be "the World’s Best City to visit with children" as Kyoto
京都のおかんによるプロジェクトFamily Experience Japan (株式会社たおやかカンパニー 代表: 赤坂美保）は、「子連れ観光客にとって世界一の観光都市」を目指し、世界中から京都へお越しのお子様連れ家族観光客のみなさまへ向けての情報発信をWebサイトや SNSにて開始いたします。

京都はコンパクトな立地に（1）1200年を超える歴史、（2）伝統を保ちながら革新し続けるユニークな文化、そして（3）美しい自然と、お子様もご両親も両方の好奇心を満たす魅力が揃う稀有な観光都市です。この京都で日々子供と過ごし地元を熟知する京都のおかん（母親）が、お子様連れ家族がこれら京都の魅力を楽に、楽しく体験いただくための情報を世界中へ発信することで「子連れ観光客にとって世界一の都市」を目指します。
私達は、海外からのお子様連れ家族観光客を歓迎すると共に、地域の子供達やご家族との交流の場を生み出すことを目指します。そして、海外からの家族観光客と地域のご家族との交流を通じ、多様性を活かせる元気なまちづくりを目指します。
私達の思いに共感いただきご協力いただけるボランティアの皆様を歓迎いたします。（母親以外でも、外国語翻訳のお手伝いや記事発信をお手伝いいただける方大歓迎です。）

海外からの家族観光客と地域のご家族との交流を目指すお祭りを京都駅から1駅のお寺、因幡堂(平等寺)にて開催します。

お子さま連れのご家族にもっと京都旅行を楽しんでもらいたいという思いを持つ京都の母親が中心となり2018年夏に立ち上がった活動です。海外からのお子様連れ家族観光客に特化した体験プログラム提供に加え、海外からの子供・家族向けに事業を展開したい事業者さまへの企画・運営等のご支援も行います。

Kyoto is one of the best tourist cities where includes (1) history over 1200 years, (2) unique culture of preserving tradition while continually innovating, and (3)beautiful nature, which fulfill the curiosity of both children and parents. Kyoto mothers, who spend most of their daily life in Kyoto with their children start to disseminate information for family travelers from all around the world to experience Kyoto comfortably and with more fun. Through this activity, we aim to make Kyoto “the World’s Best City to visit with children”
We welcome families traveling with children from all over the world and aim to create opportunities for interaction with international families and local families. Through creating opportunities for interaction with family travelers from overseas, we aim to create a lively town where diversity can be respected and utilized.
We welcome volunteers who can share our goals and support our challenge. Aside from mothers, those who can help with translation to foreign languages are welcome.

Continued by this March, we are planning a festival aiming to interact with family travelers from overseas and local families at a temple called “Inabado”, within walking distance from Kyoto Station.
【Family Experience Japan】
This activity was launched in the summer of 2018, with mothers in Kyoto who wants the family with children to experience Kyoto comfortably and with more fun. In addition to providing experience programs specializing in children and families from overseas, we also offer our services in helping other local businesses interested in reaching out and offering their services to foreign visitors.
